Chelsea loves helping people get back to doing what they love — whether that’s sport, work, parenting, or simply moving without pain. She treats a wide range of concerns, from everyday aches and injuries to more complex conditions, with a special interest in working with active individuals, athletes, weekend warriors, and those navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic health.
Chelsea also enjoys leading group fitness and rehabilitation classes that focus on building strength, confidence, and long-term resilience in a supportive environment.
As a former varsity athlete who attended university on a Division II lacrosse scholarship, Chelsea understands firsthand the demands of training, competition, injury, and recovery. Her own journey — including multiple knee surgeries and returning to sport — gives her a deep appreciation for how frustrating injuries can be and how empowering the right rehab plan can feel. She works with your body (not against it) to address protective patterns, dysfunction, and injury so you can move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you enjoy most.
Chelsea is always on the move — you will rarely catch her sitting still. Outside the clinic, you’ll most likely find her hiking, backpacking, kayaking, paddleboarding, skiing, or exploring the outdoors with her dogs. Her love for adventure and movement fuels her passion for helping others stay active at every stage of life.
